HOW DO I RSVP?

You may confirm your attendance through the "RSVP" tab on our website. Please respond before May 1st, 2025.

WHERE IS YOUR GIFT REGISTRY?

We are fortunate to have everything we need, and your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to bring something, a heartfelt letter or card would mean the world to us.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Semi-formal attire is preferred. Please wear a nice dress or suit (tie optional). The wedding theme is organic, elegant, and floral, and we encourage lightweight material to beat the anticipated San Antonio heat.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

Please only bring guests who were included in the official wedding invitation. If you have any questions about who is invited, feel free to reach out to Catherine.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Our wedding would not be complete if half of our families were missing. Children are welcome. Please note the ages of children when you RSVP for menu planning purposes.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will take place inside the historic Ursuline Chapel, and it will be followed by an outdoor reception on the patio by the Riverwalk. We expect warm and pleasant weather that will cool down as we dance into the evening!

WILL DINNER BE SERVED?

Yes, dinner and drinks are provided during the reception! Expect many veggie-forward options across culinary stations inspired by French and Spanish cuisine (menus will include allergy and dietary information).

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

You can choose to drive to the UTSA School of Art, which has plenty of parking in the front lot, or walk along the San Antonio Riverwalk. The distance between Hotel Valencia and the Southwest School of Art is a three-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk.

WHERE DO I STAY?

The Clark family has reserved a room block at the Hotel Valencia. The rooms are available at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. If you know you are attending our wedding, book your room now!!! Please visit our "Travel" page for a link with more information.

WHAT IS THERE TO DO IN SAN ANTONIO?

Our wedding venue, the Southwest School of Art, is located on the San Antonio Riverwalk, a short distance from many of San Antonio's best restaurants, bars, and attractions. Some of our favorite spots near Downtown are the Botanical Gardens, Japanese Gardens, the Pearl District, and (of course) the Alamo. Please visit our website's "Travel" page for more suggestions.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the entire UTSA Southwest School of Art is wheelchair accessible, except for two steps down to the ceremony floor in the restored Ursuline Chapel (easily navigated with assistance).
